1. Shipping & Delivery
– Orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days.
– Delivery times vary by destination and carrier.
– Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is correct.
– We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect addresses.
– Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
2. Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged:
– Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
– Provide clear photos of the damaged product and packaging.
– Include a detailed description of the issue.
Once verified, we will offer either a replacement or a full refund.
3. Missing Items
If your package is marked as delivered but not received:
– Contact the shipping carrier first to start an investigation.
– We can assist you in filing a claim if necessary.
– If the issue is due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, reshipment and replacement costs will apply.
4. Returns & Exchanges
– We do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind, size, or weight expectations.
– Please review product descriptions carefully before purchase.
– In rare cases where a return is approved, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
5. Order Cancellations
– Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
– After this period or once processing/shipping has started, cancellations cannot be accepted.
